Refund Policy for Digital Products

At My CDL Notes, we value your satisfaction with our digital resources. Due to the nature of digital downloads and the effort involved in creating them, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with protection against potential misuse.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not generally issued for digital products, as once the files are downloaded they cannot be returned. However, exceptions may apply, for example, in cases of duplicate orders or other specific circumstances that require review.

Initiating a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at mycdlnotes@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Process

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
